Important!
  1. The electronic wallet provided if your guarantee is approved is for exclusive use in online stores and branches.
  2. No cash refunds are made in any form or under any circumstances.

  4. For returns, shipping costs will be charged to the customer . Once the return has been reviewed and approved, the product will be refunded via e-wallet.
  5. To qualify for the warranty, spare parts must not have any removed seals or adhesives. Any tampering will void the warranty.
Damage by parcel
  1. If the warranty reason is due to physical damage, you must notify customer service numbers (221) 193 9333, include images of the damage in the packaging before opening it and after opening it with the contents of the package.
  2. The warranty will only apply if the box is damaged by the carrier. 70% of the cost of the damaged part will be refunded to the electronic wallet.
  3. If the shipping box arrives in good condition, no warranty of any kind will apply.
  4. If you wish to cover 100% of the cost of your package, you must select this option at checkout. This service costs 10% of the total order value.
Warranty
  1. To claim the warranty on an online order, please write to our customer service number at 2211939333, including your order number and the issue. If you're requesting a return, please contact us via this same method.
  2. Prepare evidence of the damage to your purchase. Send the evidence (photo and/or video)
  3. Send the product in the same way you received it to avoid possible damage during return (with bubble wrap and in the original box in which it arrived)
  4. Wait for the opinion of our quality technician, who will analyze your product in detail.
  5. Once the warranty has been validated by our technician, you can redeem the balance for any other product in our online store or at any branch.
